Syndigo powers the continual flow of data and content throughout the entire commerce ecosystem- accelerating delivery of accurate and compelling information that increases sales on every shelf.

This role focuses on driving successful publication outcomes by identifying rejected, stalled, or underperforming items and taking action to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Identify items stalled due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete supplier and brand actions and proactively drive resolution
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to escalate systemic issues and improve workflows
Support Syndigo's largest retailer relationships by ensuring efficient and successful content flow between suppliers, brands, and retailers

2-5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, Client-Facing position, or a related SaaS environment
