  • This role focuses on driving successful publication outcomes by identifying rejected, stalled, or underperforming items and taking action to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify items stalled due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete supplier and brand actions and proactively drive resolution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to escalate systemic issues and improve workflows
  • Support Syndigo's largest retailer relationships by ensuring efficient and successful content flow between suppliers, brands, and retailers

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, Client-Facing position, or a related SaaS environment
