About the role

Partnerships Manager, you'll help ensure those partnerships are seamless, impactful, and built to scale. 🚀
It's a highly cross-functional position that blends strong project management, clear communication, and analytical storytelling - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and cares deeply about execution quality.
Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you'll help refine how brands show up in our games, contribute ideas that elevate integrations, and ensure our client-facing materials are thoughtful and compelling.

Organize and develop insights into presentable decks that can be shared externally
Own and evolve internal partnership team processes, building repeatable frameworks for pitch development, approvals, and reporting
Lead creative concepting for upcoming brand activations and go-to-market packages, ideating experiences that are immersive, authentic, and tailored to each partner

5+ years of experience in partnerships, creative strategy, account or project management roles

Familiarity with Roblox
Experience with tools like Monday.com http://Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.
Prior experience in account management for a gaming company or agency
Experience working with AAA organizations (Eg
The LEGO Group, Universal Pictures, The NFL, etc.)
Publicis, Dentsu, Wavemaker, etc.)
An overall love for all things gaming (Technology, the industry, the tools, etc)
Visual creative skills and proficiencies
