About the role

  • We're looking for a highly creative and versatile Brand Designer to shape and elevate our brand presence.
  • As the Brand Designer, you will be the champion of our visual identity, responsible for pioneering compelling and consistent visual assets that elevate Applied Intuition's brand expression.

Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to bring our brand to life in both digital and physical spaces.
  • Evolve and maintain our visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms
  • Design impactful visuals for physical spaces, including trade show booths, signage, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers), and potentially office environments
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual solutions
  • Maintain an organized library of visual assets for easy access and consistent usage
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design projects, demonstrating excellent visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, imagery)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a Production Designer or Brand Designer
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/Sketch)
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with an understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience designing for physical spaces and producing print-ready files

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • A passion for technology and an interest in the autonomous vehicle, robotics, or related industries

Compensation

  • Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position.
  • For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $120,000 - $160,000 USD annually.
