Responsibilities
- As Pulley's first Product Manager, you'll report directly to our CEO and partner closely with engineering and design to help shape and execute our product roadmap.
- Accelerate the launch of Pulley's newest AI product offerings and operate as the main product owner between engineering, design, and the rest of the business.
- Partner closely with design and engineering to ensure alignment across product, technical requirements, and customer needs.
- Builder instincts. You're comfortable working at granular levels of detail, making product decisions, and building. You enable the engineers and designers around you, not just direct them.
- We support rollout programs for brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as major data center buildouts, EV charging networks, and other commercial projects.
Requirements
- You go talk to users before you form opinions, and you can synthesize what you learn into product decisions the team gets behind.
Nice to have
- You've built or shipped an AI/LLM feature in production.
- You understand evals, retrieval, and what it takes to go from demo to reliable product.
- You've shipped a product that an operations or services team actually adopted and depends on.
- You've been a founding or early PM at a startup.
Compensation
- $180,000 - $230,000 base + Equity
