Position Reports to: Lead Banquet Cook, Executive Sous Chef

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactoril y.
Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a n occasional basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on a constant basis.
This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation, different venues and/or locations.
