In addition, the Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial records and safeguarding of assets ensuring a strong internal control environment in compliance with Kraft Heinz's policies, GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Manufacturing Finance and indirectly into the Plant Manager.

Manage month-end close process within SAP
Manage & maintain plant financial team-site
Conduct self-assessment audits and manage all internal/external audits
Build and maintain financial standards (financial BOMS)
Provide financial support and tools to support the KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management Systems) teams
Manage and develop direct reports

Support Business Unit Finance as required with respect to projects including capital appropriations, new product development, and plant utilization/capacity/asset management issues

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
