  • In addition, the Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial records and safeguarding of assets ensuring a strong internal control environment in compliance with Kraft Heinz's policies, GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • This position reports to the Associate Director of Manufacturing Finance and indirectly into the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end close process within SAP
  • Manage & maintain plant financial team-site
  • Conduct self-assessment audits and manage all internal/external audits
  • Build and maintain financial standards (financial BOMS)
  • Provide financial support and tools to support the KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management Systems) teams
  • Manage and develop direct reports

Requirements

  • Support Business Unit Finance as required with respect to projects including capital appropriations, new product development, and plant utilization/capacity/asset management issues

Compensation

  • $104,200.00 - $130,200.00
  • The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
