About the role
- Responsible for performing precision soldering of wires and components to circuit boards.
- You will follow detailed engineering drawings, travelers, and manufacturing procedures to ensure high-quality assemblies that meet strict industry standards.

- High school diploma, GED, or at least one year of equivalent manufacturing experience required.
- Minimum of six months of experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and soldering required.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate feedback clearly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Ability to train and mentor coworkers, new hires, and temporary employees.
Nice to have
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
- electrical assembly experience strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Overview Monday - Friday 5 AM - 1:30 PM (Some Saturday and two (2) hours of possible daily overtime) Pay Range $20.25 - $20.50 WORKING WITH SNAP-ON HAS BENEFITS!
