Responsibilities
- Real technical engagement - debating tradeoffs with your engineering partner, not just handing over prioritized tickets
- As a Senior Product Manager, you own a welldefined subdomain or initiative endtoend - not a full domain, but real outcomes within one, under real (if bounded) ambiguity.
- You partner with a senior engineer as a nearpeer, shape the sequencing of your own roadmap within the direction set by domain leadership, and mentor the PMs executing alongside you.

- The team is small enough that your judgment shapes everything, and the market is large enough that what you build will matter for a long time.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in product management, including owning outcomes (not just execution) for at least one product area
- You do need to show you can take a real, partlyconflicting set of inputs and turn it into a plan you'd actually stand behind.
- Conversational AI, voice, or agentic systems experience
- Experience mentoring a junior PM
