- Who You Are: PSI is seeking to hire a Construction Manager with knowledge and experience of DC construction standards and practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the PSI Marketing and Pursuits Team to research and pursue new opportunities
- Prepare and maintain all relevant documents related to liability claims, complaints, change orders, inspection reports, meeting minutes, material certifications, etc.
- We've grown from a boutique traffic engineering shop to a 50+ person firm spanning roadway design, transportation planning, software engineering, and construction management - and we're not done.
- Our team combines cutting-edge technology with a deep commitment to safety and innovation to solve the real operational and design challenges facing our communities' transportation systems.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience leading Construction Management projects within the Washington Metropolitan Area.
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of construction management experience in Virginia, Maryland, or DC
- Experience working DDOT projects
- Experience working VDOT and MDOT projects
- P.E. in DC
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability and desire to operate professionally in a team environment
- Desired Qualifications:
- PE in MD or VA
