About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs to lead our regulatory function and compliance strategy across dietary supplement and consumer health product lines.
- This is a high-ownership role.
- You bring deep knowledge of FDA regulations governing dietary supplements, strong instincts for risk, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory Leadership Lead regulatory strategy and submissions for new and existing dietary supplement products, including structure/function claims substantiation, label review, and 75-day notifications to FDA.
- Manage and lead regulatory team members, providing oversight on day-to-day tasks, professional development guidance, and quality review of deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with R&D, Innovation, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to provide proactive regulatory guidance throughout the product development and launch lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on product claims, advertising compliance, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring regulatory rigor without slowing down the business.
- Proactively manage team capacity, anticipating bandwidth constraints, redistributing workload, and communicating trade-offs before they become obstacles for cross-functional partners.
- Compliance Infrastructure Build and maintain regulatory documentation, SOPs, and internal guidance frameworks that scale with Ritual's growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in how we manage regulatory risk across the product lifecycle.
- Known for our best-selling, clinically backed prenatal, we create science-backed supplements with transparency at their core.
- You'll report directly to the Director of Legal & Strategy, lead the regulatory team, and serve as a critical cross-functional partner to Legal, R&D, Innovation, Marketing, Quality, and Operations.

Compensation
- $144,500 - $185,000 Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package.
- The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position.
- Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications.
- Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
