Responsibilities
- Hardware positions involve working in a team to design, implement and validate leading edge optical & digital/analog circuit packs that are used in Ciena's Transport and Switching products.

Requirements
- Hold design, verification spec, and performance results reviews with peers as required.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree
- Experience with Power lab test equipment and measurement techniques.
- Product development experience in micro electronic power
Compensation
- The annual pay range for this position is $74,200 - $118,400
- Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business.

- Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
