About the role

  • This is a multi-site role based out of the Main Office, with regular assignments across Project FIND's portfolio of buildings.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas but will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor.
  • Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
  • Ability to sit, walk and stand for numerous hours
  • Ability to lift packages and other items up to 50
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • HVAC knowledge and repair skills
  • Strong communication skills with property management and tenants
  • Self-starter with good time management skills
  • Have an understanding, appreciation, and commitment to the philosophy and mission of Project FIND.
  • Establish and maintain polite, professional and effective working relationships with all contacts during the performance of duties.
  • Completion of relevant training program
  • Good oral and written communication

Skills

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
  • Please note this position requires the availability and flexibility to occasionally work some weekends and holidays.
