About the role

  • Annually CAE conducts approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.
  • Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form.
  • Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know.

Responsibilities

  • For nearly 80 years, we've driven innovation in simulation, training, and mission readiness to support critical operations worldwide.
  • Develop curriculum, conduct instruction, and maintain JID courses
  • Assist in selection, modification, or request of Link 16 networks to support JTO exercises.
  • Perform analysis of multi-TDL architecture performance and institute changes based on observations.
  • Maintain configuration management of the JICO automated tools.
  • Provide course planning and administration, which includes development and maintenance of schedules, scheduling hands-on field training, student briefs, handouts and administrative documents, and student notification processes.
  • Develop, instruct, revise, and maintain JID course materials.
  • Perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements, especially in an electronic classroom.
  • Support world-wide deployed mobile training team requirements.
