About the role
- We're looking for a Promotions Associate to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Build, segment, and launch promotions across Picks, SBK, Arcade and Casino-ensuring the right offer reaches the right user at the right time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Trading, Design, Analytics, Media, Customer Operations) to ensure all promotions and bonuses are fulfilled accurately and on time across all products.
- Maintain and regularly update the Daily Promotions Calendar to ensure full visibility across verticals, products, and segments.
- Create, segment, proofread, and launch CRM campaigns (email, push, and in-app notifications) for each product line.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure promotions are accompanied by visually engaging, brand-compliant graphics.
- Run A/B and multivariant tests to optimize promotions and CRM campaigns across all verticals.
- Graphic design skills or experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or related field-or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaign management.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Braze and Power BI.
Nice to have
- Passion for or knowledge of sports betting, fantasy sports, or online casino products.
