About the role

AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for an experienced System Administrator - OneStream who is passionate about integrating a state-of-the-art finance operating system at a fast growing software company.
Attend Scheduled OneStream training sessions
Ensure data integrity through routine validation, reconciliation, and quality checks

Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations
Collaborate closely with our implementation partner to lead and support the successful build-out of our OneStream platform.
Manage and support data integrations (including data loads) between OneStream and source systems; including NetSuite, Power BI Cube or dynamic CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, and Concur
Perform system troubleshooting and resolve application and data-related issues
Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views to support operational and financial reporting needs
Partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validation activities
Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, process flows, and user guides

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with data integrations and ETL processes
You have a deep sense of personal responsibility, strong attention to detail and organization, and enjoy juggling many priorities at the same time

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation integrity, and timely reporting

2-5 years of hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP)
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, people cost analysis, and reporting processes
Proven experience building and maintaining cube views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
