About the role

- Conduct research to ensure business compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Facilitate completion of commercial contracts and contract amendments
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and accounting of business transactions.
- Facilitate completion of commercial contracts and contract amendments; maintain accurate records in the company's contract management system.
- Legal Team Enablement - Bridge the gap between in-house and outside counsel, providing high-quality transactional support and accurate documentation that empowers the Legal team to make informed, confident decisions at speed.
- This role provides legal support across corporate transactions, contracts, regulatory filings, and compliance, allowing the Legal team to operate with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field (required)
- 5+ years of experience with an in-house legal department or law firm
- Demonstrated experience in corporate law, contracts, and commercial transactions
