Requirements
- Must be willing to work from an office in Washington DC or Miami, FL
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- 4-year bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Political Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of FCC political advertising regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience collaborating with legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and training skills with a proven track record of improving compliance performance.
- Experience in political advertising, broadcast media, or regulated communications industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory guidance and apply it to business practices.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in compliance tracking systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
