About the role
- Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE:HR), a real estate investment trust, is recruiting for a Property Manager for a portfolio of medical office buildings in the Houston market.
- Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to work independently.
Nice to have
- CPM or RPA designation a plus.
- Experience managing a staff preferred.
