About the role

Goddard is seeking a Project Manager with a background in product development to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, technical expertise, and communication abilities.
The Project Manager role is a hybrid position with frequent travel to client sites.

Coordinate all aspects of program activities between the client and Goddard engineering, industrial design, quality, testing, documentation, etc. as well as with other external stakeholders (vendors) Work with Program Management to identify resources and coordinate project kickoff with all relevant stakeholders.
Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations to deliver to internal management or clients.
Motivate and manage project leads as well as the team dynamic.
Track and maintain project tasks/objectives to ensure the project is progressing as expected.
Support new business/client proposal creation.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
3+ years of relevant PM/leadership experience, with 4+ years working on product development engineering teams.
Ability to discern and understand the client's product and business needs.
Ability to make informed decisions necessary to keep schedules and budgets on track.
Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Gantt programs (such as MS Project), Task Tracking systems such as Asana, Jira, etc.
Ability to travel domestically a minimum of 25%.

PMP certification a plus.
Experience in the development and management of products in Robotics Systems and Automation industry is a plus.

85,000 - 105,000 USD per year (Wilmington Office)
