  • Your role at a glance The Senior Manager, Global Category Sourcing - IT & Indirect is responsible for defining and leading the global sourcing strategy across IT and indirect spend categories.
  • A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.

Responsibilities

  • This role drives enterprise-wide value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and cost transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • As a senior leader, this role oversees category strategy development, supplier governance, and risk management, while partnering closely with Finance, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable sourcing solutions.
  • The Senior Manager also leads and develops high-performing sourcing teams and ensures consistent application of procurement best practices across regions.

Requirements

  • Travel required 15% of time.
  • 10-15 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with significant focus on IT and indirect category management.
  • Experience leading complex negotiations and managing strategic supplier relationships.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.

Nice to have

  • MBA or professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent.

Compensation

  • NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
  • Base salary for this position is $172,700.00 - $198,200.00.
  • All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
