Skills
- Ability to install ductwork, pipe, flex systems, and vent systems with little to no supervision.
- Familiarity with different types of HVAC equipment, operation, and startup processes.
- Tools: Must have personal tools required for the position. (Please refer to the provided tool list).
- Driving License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable working in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in challenging environments.
- Availability: Willing to work on-call Saturdays once a month (scheduled in advance).
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a high school level.
- Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company guidelines.
