About the role
- In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Materials.

Responsibilities
- As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Inc., you will partner with internal and external customers to provide world class distribution center centric support.
Requirements
- Up to 10% of Travel may be required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
Skills
- Experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
- Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
- 1+ years of related experience

- Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
- Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
- Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
- Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.
- We conduct background checks and drug screens, in accordance with applicable law and company policies.
