About the role
- We are hiring a Kitchen Ambassador to serve as Picnic's primary on site representative inside our cloud kitchen facilities.
- You will work directly with kitchen operators, coordinate order flow, and make sure every delivery leaves the kitchen staged, sorted, and ready to go.
- This is an employee role, not a contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient staging areas
- Support daily kitchen operations during lunch rush
- Help onboard and support courier drivers at the kitchen level
- Kitchen Ambassadors who demonstrate ownership and operational awareness may take on additional responsibilities such as shift coordination, kitchen training support, or driver flow management.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet during busy periods
- English proficiency required
- Comfort working in kitchen or food production environments
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast paced setting
- Experience in food service, kitchen operations, or logistics is helpful but not required
- iPhone or Android smartphone
- Strong communication skills, in person and digital
- Employment Details
- Pay: $30 an hour
- Shift Availability: Consistent weekday, Monday - Friday, lunch time shifts
