Role and Responsibilities: Prospect is seeking a highly motivated Investment Professional to join its Lower Middle Market Equity (LMME) initiative with a primary focus on deal origination and sourcing.

This individual will be responsible for driving deal flow, developing and managing key relationships, and leading transactions through closing, while contributing to the overall growth and strategy of the platform.
Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, business brokers, private equity sponsors, advisors, and company owners.
Demonstrated success in originating and developing new deal flow in the lower middle market
Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Prior experience in private credit, investment banking, private equity, or another analytical, transaction-oriented role preferred.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $300,000 plus annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
