Design and implement retail programs and tactics, including promotions, displays, and activation strategies
Own merchandising strategy and execution, developing standards and toolkits to elevate in-store presence
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Sales, and Franchise teams to ensure aligned, integrated execution
Develop selling materials and executional guidance (e.g., playbooks, insights, tools) to support Sales & Franchise partners
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver results in-market

skills/qualifications required:
4-7+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Category Management, or Marketing within CPG or related industries
Strong understanding of retail fundamentals, including merchandising, shelving, and promotion
