About the role

The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) plays a critical clinical role within key hospital accounts, ensuring high‑quality patient experiences and seamless coordination of cardiac wearable therapy.
Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis.
All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient's case.

Must be able to work in different office-like conditions.
Frequent domestic travel by car/and or air required, at times more than 90%.

preferably in a clinical science (nursing, physiology, biology) or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac nursing, or cardiac medical device clinical support
Demonstrated experience in patient education, cardiac disease management, or supporting cardiac care pathways
Competent with Microsoft products, Salesforce, and remote patient monitoring systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and commercial teams
Must reside in the assigned territory
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a good driving record
Prior experience working in medical device and/or DME
Minimum 2 years of industry experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable healthcare setting

Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience working closely with Sales Leaders and Territory Managers in the field
Start up experience with the ability to execute on a strategy with clear direction and communication across the organization
Mission driven for improving heart failure patients' quality of life

Annualized at $115,000 - $125,000, in addition to a bonus, commensurate with experience and location.
