- Band Level 5 Job Description Summary Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Join Novartis and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Radioligand Therapy manufacturing.
- The salary for this position is expected to range between $ 138,600 and $257,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Quality Control organization across Chemistry, Microbiology, and Incoming Quality.
- Establish and optimize laboratory processes, workflows, and quality systems to support operational excellence.
- Proven ability to drive organizational performance, develop talent, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related experience.

Compensation
- $138,600.00 - $257,400.00

- Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
- Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
