Develop and modify strategies through the strategic sourcing process, benchmarking, and developing a dynamic total cost of ownership models.
Lead negotiations or drive RFx processes for selecting suppliers. Negotiate commercial terms and be responsible for supplier relationship management for value creation.
Build an understanding of macro- and microeconomic variables to create correlations for various variables predicting cost fluctuation.
Build partnerships with strategic suppliers to bring outside innovation and value creation opportunities through facilitated business reviews.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, supply chain or related discipline
5 + years' experience in Procurement or other supply chain related function
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to communicate up and across the organization
Ability to work independently in heavily matrixed organization
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
