Responsibilities
- Adams Street Partners' methodology to calculate Assets Under Management (AUM) is based on fund net asset value (NAV), plus unfunded commitments, plus leverage, but excluding the effect of subscription lines of credit.
- Review of support to determine valuations of investments pursuant to ASC 820.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Work with database systems and proficiency in data management preferred.
Compensation
- Preparation of annual audit reports and quarterly financial statements and capital accounts
