About the role

  • This role is 100% outbound-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch, moving quickly, and adapting messaging across diverse markets.
  • You'll play a key role in opening conversations, validating market opportunities, and creating qualified pipeline for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with growth targets.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize outbound sequences to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure smooth pipeline progression.
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in CRM.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Proven success generating pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools.
  • You enjoy experimentation, move with urgency, and know how to tailor your approach across different customer profiles.
