About the role
- This role is responsible for managing processes from origination through primary and secondary market activity, playing a critical role in maintaining operational excellence within a rapidly growing lending platform.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and drive settlements with counterparties and agents, ensuring timely closings via ClearPar or manual settlement processes
- Support corporate actions and amendments through LendAmend and other applicable platforms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date investment records in WSO, particularly during month-end and quarter-end periods
- Provide documentation support for auditors and valuation teams
- Collaborate closely with offshore partners to ensure workflows are completed accurately and on time
- Blue Owl is seeking a highly motivated Loan Operations professional to support the end-to-end loan lifecycle across private and liquid credit.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on loan operations
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes and investment operations
- Bachelor's degree required
Compensation
- The base annual salary range for this New Jersey based position will be $105,000 to $110,000.
