About the role

  • In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring all programs are conducted in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Services team to drive corporate financial commitments
  • Design, develop, and produce reporting processes as needed along with other reports and presentations using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI and Business Objects
  • Develops metrics and ongoing analysis of agent performance compared to established performance
  • The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to the Customer Services Department ensuring all programs and activities are in support of business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • In addition, this role will require ad hoc reporting, analysis of scheduling and the ability to pull data from multiple sources using multiple methods.
  • Successful candidates must be detail-oriented in nature, have strong organization skills, and the ability to work with diverse personalities within several departments.
  • Other qualities include strong communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to work under strict deadlines and require minimal supervision.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in either Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a finance-related capacity, collection analysis is a plus
  • Must have a strong, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visual Basic,
  • Access, Power BI development experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in the trend analysis for a significant divisional or corporate organization.
  • Skilled in problem resolution and providing best practices solutions
  • Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks, and data analysis
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others
  • Essential Skills & Experience:

Compensation

  • Starting Salary - $57,000 Annually
  • This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
  • The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases. ​
  • The Salary range for this position is $51,700.00 - $83,300.00
