About the role
- This role plays a key part in monitoring performance, managing exceptions, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage exceptions, delays, and service disruptions
- Support documentation and compliance requirements related to vessel operations
- This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire)
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required

- Support the day-to-day execution of vessel schedules and operational activities.
- Monitor vessel schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational milestones
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and updates for stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments and global network offices
- Analyze operational data and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location
