As a Project Manager at Absher, you'll take ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
You may work in collaboration with a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive depending on project scale.

Lead project execution to ensure successful delivery, financial performance, and team coordination
Manage relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors
Review design documents for compliance with contract, standards, and constructability

You'll lead and support your team to ensure quality, safety, and profitability while building trusted relationships with clients, design partners, and subcontractors.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent field experience
Proven project management experience in commercial construction
You're comfortable working in design-build environments and know how to guide early decisions that balance budget, schedule, and educational program needs
Skilled in value engineering, design coordination, scheduling, and change order negotiation
Strong relationship-building skills with owners, architects, and trade partners
Commitment to a safety-first culture and inclusive team environment

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
Pay Transparency
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
