Job Description: The Chicago School is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to serve as Director of Clinical Training for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program.

Develop and maintain relationships with community-based clinical training sites.
Support students throughout their clinical training experiences.
Collaborate with faculty regarding student development, professional dispositions, and clinical competencies.
Support the program's commitment to multicultural competence, social justice, and inclusive counseling practices.

Experience supervising counseling students in practicum and internship settings.
Knowledge of CACREP standards and counselor preparation.
Experience with clinical training administration, accreditation, and assessment processes.
This opportunity is budgeted at $75,000-$90,000 base compensation.
Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
