About the role
- Routinely works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in‐depth evaluation of factors.
- Help transition new products from R&D to Pilot and HVM following stage/gate process.
Responsibilities
- in your new role Maintain a high-profile presence in the manufacturing area to provide sustaining manufacturing support.
- Apply manufacturing best practices to drive reliability and predictability into our processes.
- Develop, lead and implement projects which improve operational efficiency and deliver savings which support corporate objectives, such as; on‐time delivery, productivity, scrap reduction, etc.
- Support supplier quality, purchasing and other groups to identify and work with material vendors impacting assembly and mechanical screening processes.
- Together, we drive innovation and customer success, while caring for our people and empowering them to reach ambitious goals.
Skills
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Certification or in-depth experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP and similar tools.
Compensation
- Leominster, MA Minimum of $94,200 salary per year / Maximum of $129,600 salary per year In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. #LI-TG1
