About the role
- Reporting directly to the Director of Vendor Management, this position will oversee day to day operations for invoice clerks and vendor coordinators.
- Provides clear direction to a team of direct reports to achieve department goals and metrics.
- Creating and implementation of daily strategy of Exeter repo/invoicing assignments.
Responsibilities
- The Servicing Manager Vendor Support manages a team of direct reports consisting of invoice clerks and vendor coordinators.
- They will manage reporting, performance management, and communicate with invoice clerks and vendor coordinators on a daily basis.
- Interpret, communicate, and implement company policies and procedures which promote appropriate controls and governance, confidentiality of customer and company information, and compliance with all state and federal laws.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal collection laws, as well as bankruptcy laws required.
Nice to have
- Six (6) plus years of experience, with one (1) plus years of management experience.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $71,100.00 - $95,550.00 annually.
