About the role
- Note: Not all shifts will have openings at the same time.
- There is a question on the application that will ask you about your general availability, and we will do our best to use your answers there to match you up with an open shift that works for you.
- You aim for the podium day in and day out - you hustle, you are driven, you adapt to change, and you're willing to go above and beyond for both your teammates and for the customer.
Responsibilities
- you will be cross-trained to perform daily activities across our receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments.
- you will occasionally be called to support our Returns team, pull products for our Media and Content teams video shoots, process employee purchases, and work with our Rider Support team (customer service) to prevent mis-shipments.
- You will identify receiving discrepancies, monitor on-time deliveries and report shipping delays, perform cycle count audits, reconcile reports to reduce mis-shipments, and examine products for damage at each step of the pick/pack/ship workflow.
- You will be a problem solver, analyzing and getting to the root of these issues and using your findings to support process improvement.
- We want you to work with your Team Lead to voice your concerns and ideas on how we can improve.

- You are also willing to get deep into the trenches with your team to understand the ins and outs of this role.
