Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 6 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Files H-1B transfers

23 transfer filings in the last year, covering 23 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • As the Launch & Scale Intern, you will contribute to a high-impact project that improves how Zipline plans, executes, and learns from launches.
  • You may spend time close to active launches, but you will work with experienced teammates rather than serve as the accountable launch owner.

Responsibilities

  • Support integrated launch plans for assigned workstreams by organizing milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and open decisions.
  • Build or improve practical tools such as dashboards, playbooks, templates, checklists, or lightweight automations.
  • Own a scoped internship project from problem definition through pilot, measurement, and an accepted handoff to the team.
  • We design, build, and operate the world's largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably.
  • Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people's lives and by scaling the future of logistics.
  • The Launch & Scale team builds the operating system that brings new sites, metros, and partners online and helps the network scale reliably.
  • We partner across infrastructure, permitting, flight operations, maintenance, commercial, partner readiness, and field operations.
  • You will support Launch Managers by bringing structure to dependencies, analyzing readiness and performance, and helping teams turn field lessons into repeatable tools.
  • You will also own a clearly scoped project-such as a dashboard, process improvement, playbook, or lightweight automation-from problem definition through pilot and handoff.
  • Along the way, you will receive coaching from the Director, Launch & Site Operations and collaborate with operators, engineers, commercial teammates, and field teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in operations, engineering, business, supply chain, data and analytics, or a related field.

Benefits

  • With more than 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown, Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe.

Company info

  • We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere.
  • We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.
