About the role

Today, SCAN is a nonprofit health organization serving more than 500,000 people across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington, with over $8 billion in annual revenue.

Responsible for helping SCAN prospects and members identify health plan options to keep them healthy and independent.

Generate and develop sales leads and create a book of business.
Enter leads into company CRM.
Develop sales resources and create a network of opportunities and contacts.
Create comprehensive reports that provide production data and measure results of growth objectives

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-3 years of related experience.
Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

$68,640 to $70,000 annually
11 paid holidays per year, 1 floating holiday, birthday off, and 2 volunteer days
