About the role
- Today, SCAN is a nonprofit health organization serving more than 500,000 people across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington, with over $8 billion in annual revenue.
- Our work spans Medicare Advantage, fully integrated care models, primary care, care for the most medically and socially complex populations, and next-generation care delivery models.
- Responsible for helping SCAN prospects and members identify health plan options to keep them healthy and independent.
Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain productive relationships with providers and community leaders
- Generate and develop sales leads and create a book of business.
- Enter leads into company CRM.
- Develop sales resources and create a network of opportunities and contacts.
- Create comprehensive reports that provide production data and measure results of growth objectives
Requirements
- A background check is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
- May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
Compensation
- $68,640 to $70,000 annually
- 11 paid holidays per year, 1 floating holiday, birthday off, and 2 volunteer days
