Responsibilities
- We own and operate apartment communities across the Midwest and are known for our strong operational standards, collaborative culture, and people-first mindset.
- Principal Accountabilities Perform all work in accordance with ARTISAN policies and procedures, as well as all relevant federal, state, and local laws (including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA).
- Maintain community buildings, equipment, and grounds to support operational and resident satisfaction goals.
- Complete building repairs such as drywall, flooring, doors, hardware, windows, screens and more.
- Maintain pools/spas, chemicals, logs, and associated safety equipment (where applicable).
Requirements
- Participate in required ARTISAN training and development programs.
- A strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols is required.
