About the role

Responsibilities
- Own pipeline generation for the AMER region, with targets aligned to revenue goals
- Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales
- Develop and execute channel and partner marketing initiatives to drive co-sourced pipeline
- Partner closely with Sales on regional planning, account targeting, and event follow-up
- Manage regional campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize regional programs based on results
- Proven experience building and influencing pipeline for a specific geographic region
- Strong cross-functional partner, especially with Sales
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field, regional, or demand generation marketing
- Hands-on experience with events, ABM, and channel/partner marketing
- Experience in B2B SaaS, security, or technical products leveraged by developers
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing and CRM platforms
- Experience in fast-growing or early-stage environments
