About the role
- These positions are part-time, as needed, for clinical and/or didactic courses depending on the experience and educational level of the applicant.
- The standard teaching load is less than 9 course credit hours per semester or less than 18 credits over an academic year.
Requirements
- Must have a graduate degree (a minimum of MSN) from a nationally accredited school.
- Must have at least two years of clinical experience as a primary care provider (FNP, AGPCNP) caring for patients across the lifespan.
- Possesses the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possesses the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Applicant must be able to verify U.S. employment eligibility.
Nice to have
- Experience serving as or working with clinical preceptors.
- Experience in teaching online, in person, and in simulated environments.
- Experience with creating and/or revising online assessment and evaluation methods and technology.
- Experience and understanding of student and/or patient confidentiality.
- Appointment: Part-time as needed, depending on experience and open courses.
- Positions are offered to qualified applicants as the need arises.
- $600-$850 per credit hour.
