Our Client is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized professional to join their Investment Operations team supporting Venture Capital transaction execution.

Support transaction funding logistics, including capital calls and tracking of recallable/recycled capital
Provide hands-on support on complex operational matters including FX, deal syndications, and bridge financing
Own the latest deal-process updates and ensure the right stakeholders are informed at the right time
Manage information flow into and out of the deal team
The successful candidate will manage many concurrent deals and workstreams, reprioritize as deal timelines shift, and keep stakeholders informed throughout.

1-4 years of relevant experience in Middle office or other investment fund related role is preferred but not necessary
Experience in fund-of-fund trading or Venture Capital is a plus
Familiarity With LP Interest secondaries and co-investments is strongly preferred, not required

The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year.
This range represents the base salary only.
Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
