Responsibilities
- This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will help onboard and support title and escrow clients, coordinate setup across internal teams, and ensure they are live with the tools they need to move money and close transactions.
- Associates deliver exceptional customer service, transaction support and general relationship maintenance for clients alongside providing support to the group directors and relationship managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required - targeting 2026 graduates and recent graduates
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future, to be considered.
Skills
- Microsoft Outlook: primary communication method for internal and external clients
- Microsoft Word: drafting customer correspondence or memos
- Microsoft Excel
- Salesforce and nCino knowledge are a plus
