About the role
- You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
- Our varied product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

- Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
Requirements
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
- Travel Required:
Nice to have
- Applying your communication skills, creativity and can-do attitude is essential.
- This position will be focused primarily on GC and GCMS products.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Bachelor's or master's Degree within the science field - e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology preferred
- 1+ year of relevant experience in a service role or working with analytical chemistry instruments such as GC, GCMS preferred
Compensation
- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $36.38 - $63.75/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.

- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
- Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions.
