About the role
- Accura t ely control electrostatic paint gun during paint process, following proper cleaning procedure and adjustment of gun fluid.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic assembly related repairs when non-conformances are found during final inspection review.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate problem solving skills.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Must be a ble to meet physical and cognitive demands assessment, inclusive of lifting a minimum weight of 40 lbs.
- Must be able to wear a respirator.
- Complet e required paint inspection reports and documenting all non-conformities to support root cause analysis when improving assembly processes.
- Operat e the start-up and shutdown processes of the paint wash booths and ensur e the required booth temperatures and safety resets are functioning.
- Knowledge of required tools & equipment, such as the operation of electrostatic paint guns and ability to calibrate both gauges and measuring equipment.
