About the role

  • Accura t ely control electrostatic paint gun during paint process, following proper cleaning procedure and adjustment of gun fluid.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic assembly related repairs when non-conformances are found during final inspection review.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate problem solving skills.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working at heights.
  • Must be a ble to meet physical and cognitive demands assessment, inclusive of lifting a minimum weight of 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear a respirator.
  • Complet e required paint inspection reports and documenting all non-conformities to support root cause analysis when improving assembly processes.
  • Operat e the start-up and shutdown processes of the paint wash booths and ensur e the required booth temperatures and safety resets are functioning.
  • Knowledge of required tools & equipment, such as the operation of electrostatic paint guns and ability to calibrate both gauges and measuring equipment.
