The Global Markets Communications Leader is responsible for shaping, governing, and scaling HP's market‑facing and internal communications across geographies to ensure strategic alignment, message consistency, and business impact.
The leader operates at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, enabling markets to move faster and more cohesively through aligned communications.

Owns the global communications strategy for markets, ensuring consistency of narrative, tone, and messaging across regions while allowing for local relevance.
Partners closely with GTM and functional leadership to shape executive communications for market leaders, including priorities, strategic updates, transformations, and critical initiatives.
Strategic Partner to CO
Drive executive communications for the CCO, including speeches, presentations, media engagements, internal communications, and thought leadership platforms.
Translates corporate and GTM priorities into market‑ready communications, frameworks, and pre‑reads that support decision‑making, adoption, and execution at scale.
Partner with PR teams to amplify key announcements, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier global media and industry influencers.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global communications team.

The pay range for this role is $295,000 to $330,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
