About the role
- Receive all new band music, stamping, filing and counting music for inventory.
- Sort music and distribute to the ensembles.
- Assist as needed with all instrumental music performances including set up and take down.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Band room J-3035 and Music Instrument storage room J-3037. (i.e., setting up chairs and equipment for all rehearsals and keeping the room neat and orderly.)
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits hours at JJC during fall/spring semester.
- Knowledge of instrumental (band) music and scores
- Must be a member of JJC Community Band

- 4 English and Spanish verbal and written communication proficiency.

- Duties are performed in an indoor environment
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: This is a student employee position that works around your class schedule.
