About the role
- SRS Acquiom is currently searching for a Contract Review Attorney.
- The ideal candidate can quickly comprehend key provisions of complex agreements and work independently.
- This position will report to the Senior Director, Contract Administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Follow up as needed to obtain additional transaction documents to complete an accurate recording of deal points.
- Ability to work independently to manage workload and in a remote location.
- Employee Assistance Programs for confidential support when life gets complicated
Requirements
- 2-5 years of M&A experience with a major law firm or in-house corporate law department.
- Working to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work irregular hours, such as nights/weekends or after hours, may be required
Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Understanding of database management and/or statistics.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is between $105k and $120k, depending on experience level.
